Exhaust Garment Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

*The terms 'we', 'our', and 'us' are refer to EXHAUST GARMENT.

  1. In order to enjoy the benefit of loyalty program, customers are required to create Exhaust account and redeem points.
  2. All points collected and rewards redeemed are shown in the loyalty widget placed at the bottom left corner of website page.
  3. To collect loyalty points, customers must log in into the Exhaust account when placed the orders. The points will be reflected in customer account within 3 days after placed the order.
  4. Under certain circumstances, if customer does not log into account while made purchase, the points will be reflected as long as customer is using same email as in Exhaust account.
  5. Customer can enjoy the benefit of VIP tier if customer achieved entry requirement. Once customer upgrade to new VIP tier, customer can claim entry rewards which is one-time usage only.
  6. Customer can redeem as many rewards they entitled, but due to system regulation, only one reward will be applying for once per checkout.
  7. As a token of appreciation towards customer, all points collected will not have expiration.
  8. Term and conditions of Loyalty Program are subject to change by us at any time without prior notice.
